You can change the email address you use to log in to the Portal if your old one is no longer valid.
Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Select 'Change Email Used to Log In' from the drop-down menu.
Enter the new email address that you will use to login to the Portal.
You will be logged out of the Portal.
Log in again using your new email address to continue working.
Email already in use by another user
If you see this message it means that the email address you have entered is already linked to another record in our system.
If the email address is unique to you this probably means that we have more than one record for you. Contact Creative New Zealand and we will be able to delete the duplicate record so you can continue working.
If the email address is shared with other people you need to choose another email address that is unique to you.
